Delphia Therapeutics, Inc. (“Delphia” or “we”) respects the privacy of visitors to our delphiatx.com website (the “Site”), and recognizes your need for appropriate protection and management of the personally identifiable information you share with us.

This Privacy Policy and Notice of Information Practices (“Privacy Policy”) sets forth Delphia’s practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that you may provide through the Site.

As a convenience to our visitors, the Site may from time to time contain links to a number of other non-Delphia websites that we believe may offer useful information. Those websites have their own privacy policies and the Privacy Policy presented here does not apply to those websites. You should contact these websites directly for information on their privacy policies, confidentiality agreements and data collection/distribution procedures.

Children’s Policy: Delphia does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. As noted above, we do not collect Personal Information unless you provide it to us – including an individual’s age.

Cookies: The Site currently does not use “non-persistent cookies,” a small data file that a server gives to your browser when you access a website. In the event that Delphia begins to use non-persistent cookies to track page visits to help us analyze the Site usage more accurately, we will not collect Personal Information except with your explicit permission.
